DekLights would love all our customers to be happy with their purchase, but we're human,and we understand plans change, or expectations may have not been met. We have done our best to provide you with a simple process to return your products should you not be thrilled with your purchase.
DekLights products contain Custom, Stock, and Clearance or Blowout, depending upon the product(s) offered and ordered.
Custom products are those that require modification to a standard design and are made for a specific customers requirement.
Custom product sales are final, as we made these specifically for you, based on approved sample product.
Clearance or Blowout product sales are also final, and are not returnable.
Stock products are those that are listed on our website for purchase and do not require any modifications. A customer has 24 hours to inspect and report to DekLights if their order sustained damage or any loss of shipment. A customer has 7 days to inspect and report to if order was incorrectly shipped. If it is determined there was an error, please contact us within a 7-day period to replace or reship incorrect item hassle free, and free of charge. A customer has 30 days from date of purchase to return an order due to over buying, dislike, or plans changed. A minimum restock fee set at 15% will be assessed; restock fee could increase based on condition of product once DekLights receives the returned item(s).
To report damage or a shipping error, we require images of the packaging and product. We highly recommended not disposing of anything until your return has been approved.
To return a product, contact us for a Return Authorization number and write this Return Authorization number on the box large enough that it is clearly noticeable. Product will not be without an RMA number. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned product must be in original condition. This means that when the returned item(s) is placed next to a new like item there is no obvious difference, including in its original packaging.
